The purpose of these General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTC) is to define the terms and conditions governing the rental of virtual exhibition spaces on the Cyberexpo3D platform, offered by the company Digital Soft, whose registered office is listed in the Paris Trade and Companies Register under number 510 241 375, hereinafter referred to as \"the Seller.\" Any user wishing to rent a virtual exhibition space is invited to review these GTC before subscribing. Subscribing to an exhibition space implies full and unconditional acceptance of these GTC<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t

Platform: refers to the online platform Cyberexpo3D.<\/span>
Exhibitor: refers to any natural or legal person who has subscribed to a rental contract for an exhibition space on the Platform.<\/span>
Exhibition Space or Booth: refers to the virtual space allocated to the Exhibitor to showcase their products or services.<\/span>
Visitor : refers to any person connecting to the Platform to visit an exhibition.<\/span>
User: refers to any person using the Platform, whether an Exhibitor or a Visitor.<\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t

To access the services of the Platform, the User must create a visitor or exhibitor account by providing the requested information. This information must be accurate and complete.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t

Exhibitions are virtual events organized on the Platform, allowing Visitors to explore the Exhibitors' booths in an immersive environment. The content of the Exhibitions may be modified at any time by the Seller.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t

ARTICLE 5 : Les espaces d'exposition<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

Subscription: Subscribing to an exhibition space is done online by following the instructions provided on the Platform.
Customization: The Exhibitor has customization tools to set up their booth according to their needs. The Seller provides documentation and technical support to assist the Exhibitor in this process.
Content: The Exhibitor is solely responsible for the content of their booth and commits to complying with applicable laws and regulations, as well as these Terms and Conditions.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t

Pricing: The prices of exhibition spaces are displayed in euros, all taxes included (TTC), on the Platform. They may be changed at any time.
Payment: Payment is made online using [list of accepted payment methods]. The contract is formed upon payment validation.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t

The order is considered effective upon payment validation. A confirmation email is sent to the Exhibitor. Access to the exhibition space is generally granted immediately after payment validation.<\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t

Seller: Provide the Exhibitor with access to the Platform and the necessary tools for booth customization. Ensure the proper functioning of the Platform to the best extent possible.<\/span>
Exhibitor : Use the Platform in accordance with these General Terms and Conditions of Sale.\u00a0<\/span>Not infringe upon the rights of third parties (intellectual property, etc.).\u00a0<\/span>Comply with rules of good conduct and not distribute illicit, defamatory, or immoral content.\u00a0<\/span>Provide accurate and complete information when creating an account and subscribing to an exhibition space.<\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t

All intellectual property rights related to the Platform, its content, and customization tools belong exclusively to the Seller. The Exhibitor only acquires a non-exclusive license to use their exhibition space.<\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t
